Redshift -- Connection refused, whitelist issue

Getting the error: Connection refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

I am self hosted, running on aws/using redshift.

I’ve tried white listing everything I can think of.

what specifically do I have to white list to not get this error? I’ve tried the IP of the website that is hosting looker

The IP of the machine hosting Looker should be sufficient, I would triple check that and ensure the proper ports are open, not just IP addresses. Make sure it’s the public IP, not the private one.
