Postgresql connect error

I tried to connect to a PostgreSQL database. I entered the connection information correctly and opened all the necessary firewalls. However, when I click the authentication button at the bottom of the connection information, the table does not appear on the right. In addition, when I click the connection button at the top right, I get a '6ce12977' error code. What could be the problem?
