Passing Dashboard filter as a parameter

As the title suggests I need to pass a dashboard filter as a parameter instead of a filter for a look. Is this something possible?

For example I need to select a filter from a dashboard for a site which will be passed as a parameter to compare with all other sites’ sales data. The resulting look should have “Selected site” vs “All other sites” in the dashboard.
