Maintenance of user-defined dashboards when deploying new versions Lookml code

Hi!

We are working with a multi-environment (dev, acc and prd instance).
We offer LookML dashboards to our end-users which we update. This code is checked and pushed through the different environments.

Next to that we offer our end-users the option to create their own reports via self-service BI. Their dashboards can be saved in the ‘Shared Folder’. This is ofcourse all on our prd environment.
If we deploy a new version of Lookml code, we have no way to check on ACC if these user-defined dashboards will break with our new version of lookml code.

Is there a way of dealing with this issue? We would like to prevent these user-defined dashboards from breaking after we deploy some changes to our lookml.
