MERGE ERROR GOOGLE SHEETS SQL SERVER

Hello everyone, I was trying to combine data from two data sources, the first one comes form SQL Server, and the other one comes from google sheets, I was using the blend option but it doesn't work well, I have lots of null values, it is not a format problem, the related columns are text and are the same values, using the same data both from google sheets for the blend works fine, I would really appreciate if someone can help me.
