Issues displaying long comments in table

Hi all, I have a table inside a dashboard that shows 5 columns including one for comments. I am having a issue when the comments are longer than the table a the final users of the dashboard cannot access to the complete information. 

Does anyone has any strategy I could apply to show all the comment in the table ? Perhaps by hover or something similar

Few options to try:

1. Users will have to double click on the cell which has the comment. The cell will then have its own scroll type up/down arrows.
2. Other way would be to expand the column which holds the comments. At the edge of the column header the mouse icon will convert like an extension arrow. You can select and drag the column header to expand the entire comment.
3. Filter only the relevant records and export the data in excel.
