Issue with "Filter On..." feature when clicking on a dimension in a table on a lookml dashboard

When we upgraded our looker version we are now seeing this feature on our lookml dashboards where someone can click on a dimension in a table and it will recommend that dimension to be filtered on. This seems like a great feature however it simply does not work… When we click the dimension and then click for it to be “filtered on” nothing happens… Any suggestions for disabling this or why this does not work?
