Hide Fields in Explore if All Values are null

Hi Looker Community,

Is there any way to dynamically hide dimension or measure in Explore if the values in that field are all null?

This will save users’ time by only looking at fields that are populated.

Nope because the list of fields in the Explore is not created after quarying all your tables. It comes from the definition in the LookML. You can’t even hide a particular field because it’s also not evaluated before the UI shows the list of fields, unfortunately..
