Filter the list of explores based on user input

As we add more and more things to our Looker environment, the list of explores increases.
Not every explorer needs to see certain explores in that list and we want to hide them for those people.

Our idea was to create a sheet in which everyone can select the explores they need and use that in a access grant. Unfortunately access grants are not dynamic (yet) and we cannot do this for now. Manually doing this for every Role/Explore is not preferred
