Dynamic number of custom fields per tenant

We have a scenario in which we are multitenant in our warehouse and leverage custom fields in our schema. To best explain, see example below

Example:  A job record may have several custom fields (which vary per customer)

Customer A - has 10 custom job fields
Customer B - has 5 custom job fields

Goal: We are trying to allow each customer to explore and create looks / dashboards and when Customer A view a job table, we want them to see the 10 custom fields that they have and Customer B should see the 5 custom fields in their setup.
