Dynamic QoQ in Looker

How to do QOQ analysis in looker in dynamic approach, for example if the user selects 2023 q2 it should compare with previous quarter and give the QoQ Value.if the user not selected anything by default  it should show (current quarter -previous quarter)/previous quarter
