problem in getting swags link to mail

I have subscribed and followed all the steps to get the swag link, but I didn’t receive it. Can you tell me how I can get the swag? I am having trouble getting extra swag. My account currently has 24 points. Can you please assist me in obtaining the swags?

The Arcade Page said they would start sending Swag emails maybe after the 25th. If you follow all the steps you should get them ...  Thank you.
