Results not received for CDL exam completed on 5/Jul/2023

I have completed CDL exam on 5/Jul/2023 and not received my certificate stating a technical issue. I tried opening tickets but they have no clue when the issue will be resolved. They give no credible information. I am not sure what is taking them so long to fix. I have been working in IT all my life (over 14 years) and never seen a technical issue lasting that long. In such cases, the companies will fire such teams unable to fix the issue.

I am looking for an escalation route or a grievance route to get heard as the Certification support team is wasting my time since weeks now and not even responding to my emails. Has this happened to anyone else who can help me how they got this fixed ?
