Not received swags yet of learn to earn challenge 2021

I had completed all the badges of Learn  on October  2021, I have  received a mail regarding order confirmed address for the prizes. Am I eligible for the prizes I received the order confirmed mail but not received the tracking ID till now. Also raised the ticket in pintro not received any update from there.@emily

Did you select your prize and fill in your address? If not then sorry you will not get any prize if yes then open the same link again and mail printo the screenshot of that page

YES , I had select the prize and filled the all details regarding the shipping address also mailed printo only ticket is raised still not get any update from there

yes , many of them got order confirmed mail but but didn't get the tracking id
I have also mailed regarding these to printose@printo.in but they are saying that they will dispatch swags before 31 Jan
