Anyone Tell me how to fix that issue i try to do that lab multiple times but nothing happens

Even I faced the same error, try creating the instance using gui instead of the commands

From Cloud console go to Bigtable and create the instance as per the name, id, region and zone given in the command

First Refer this video for creating the Bigtable Instance: https://streamable.com/pvrgah 

After that open cloud shell and paste the below command (remember to put your zone):

export ZONE=

sudo chmod +x quicklabgsp142.sh

./quicklabgsp142.sh

Note: Ignore the errors.
