Arcade points are not updated

I have completed 3 skill badges fully but when I checked my arcade points it's not updated tell me what should I do 😔😭@

If you have completed the skill badges after 20th of December, it may not be added. The last date to earn skill badges and thereby arcade points was 20th of December. The skill badges we earn after that will not be considered for claiming arcade points. That may be the reason.

But I had completed it on 12th December but the points were still not added.

If so, it will get updated while the price counter opens. 

You can contact with the customer support at your login and ask for any queries. They will support you on your issue.
