Anybody still not recieved their ARCADE swag from December?

I emailed the shipping company and they are still looking into it. Anybody know a better line of communication to get in touch with the shipping company? I have the confirmation email or ordering the swag but haven't gotten or tracking or notification of progress since December.

I was really looking forward to wearing it out and about.

I have not received my December swag yet. I am in New York City.

Still have not received it yet. They contacted me about earlier in the month regarding an issue about the address I provided being not valid so I wrote back to them and am hoping they notify me that my swag has been shipped soon.

The same thing happened to me too. My address was never an issue in the past arcade games.

I guess there were many participants in the previous December 2023 Arcade and Printo has trouble with producing items for everyone and it takes time. They answered via email to me about production issues on July 2023 and I have an assumption that nothing changed😀

I got my swag two weeks ago and the order page still has no update about delivery.

There were not much participants but there were multiple accounts ranging
from 10 to 40+ accounts just for goodies .
Even Google knows this I don't know why they aren't stopping it and taking
action

Yes, I know about this abuse of multiple accounts.
You are right, it may be some percentage that affects production issues.
