Dashboard Monitoring Charts Graphics line

hi all,

i get confused while showing dashboard for showing my vm instance usage or uptime using the custom dashboards, the graphical data only showing data for around 2 months graphics even i select the date and time filter for 1 years. is there any limitation regarding this?

There is no limit in picking up time range in your dashboard monitoring as long as it has data to show. Though there are other limitations when using your dashboard.

If you encounter any performance issues when displaying metric data and opening a dashboard, you can often mitigate the issues by using these techniques as stated on the Avoid dashboard performance issues.

• Combine related information together by grouping time series.

the problem is the chart only showing limited until 3 months before meanwhile i am sure that the graphics should show the charts until one year ago.
