Text-2-Speech unannounced alterations

We have noticed that over night the Swedish Text-2-Speech has been altered and is not as fluent anymore. I cannot find any traceable change in the available change logs.

Where can we find more information on this subject? The change has affected all voice types and sexes.

I'm also experiencing a similar issue, but with the Vietnamese voice.
