Hello,
We have an app that has been running for several years and it should take step count information from user google fit data. On February 22 (2024), we received a notification that we have to verify two of our apps within 90 days.
Off course we are going to do the verification process, but one of our app cannot retrieve the google fit data immediately even though this 90 days is a grace period as explained in this page:
What should we do to make the app with this trouble work again at least until we complete the verification process? Why only this app is having this problem (the other app is still working normally)?
We have contacted the google support center about this matter, but they said it is a technical issue and our subscription does not include this support. However, we think that there must be something wrong since it is still within the grace period.
We need to solve this issue as soon as possible since our customer is impacted by this problem.
