Payment method couldn’t be verified

I am trying to setup a gcp free trail account it shows billing account suspended due to payment information is not verified once I upload the card details and government id proof after some time I get a email with subject Payment method couldn’t be verified it doesn't show the exact reason why payment couldn't be verified. I have tried multiple times but still facing the same issue. Kindly help to resolve the issue
