Hi,

I need to use Google SAS Portal to test CBSD 2-step registration. Do I need to subscribe full Google SAS service in order to use Google SAS Portan or I can only sign up for Google SAS Portal?

Hi,

Based on this documentation[1], before you can transit CBSD it is needed to register with SAS. So I believe the answer is yes, you need to register first. It was also mentioned that if your registration is rejected SAS will respond with an error message. Please visit the link for more information.
