Duet AI - upgraded workspace account, signed up for Duet, and all features not working

I'm admin for a small company. Just upgraded our company workspace account and added two users to use Duet AI. I see the icon in Gmail, Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Docs.

However, the video here at 0:40 shows Duet AI summarizing the entire inbox. The curved "diamond" icon is not available in the app store and it hasn't shown up in the same spot for us.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkOLx3pSoiA
