In attempting to create an explore in my model file, I get the error message:
There is already an “explore” named “new_explore1”
Code that generates the error
explore: new_explore1 {}
Is there a place to view all existing explore in the Looker interface?
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can search for the explore name in the UI
You can search for the explore name in the UI
Just an update for future searchers. This issue originated from creating a view from table. Some tables do not have primary keys. It seems like for those looker automatically creates explores before generating the views.
The find functionality above helped identify where these explores were created. So, thanks n_davis for the response.
