We used Google Looker Studio to download the total search queries we have received for our site, as the search console gives only up to 1000 search queries. We added a summary row to the looker studio query table and we could see that we have received around 39K clicks for a month and this number is matching with the clicks data shown on the search console tool as well. So I downloaded the query data from Looker Studio and we got 21K queries, but when I sum the number of clicks it came to only 9K, which is only 25% of the clicks that are shown as the total in the Looker Studio table. Could you please help me out with the possible reason for this? Because earlier when I downloaded the data for a different site the total clicks and the sum of clicks from the download query level file actually matched. Thanks in advance.
