Reporting on attachment form fields in Looker

Hello, on a Looker report, I am attempting to display whether an attachment was uploaded to the attachment form field in UKG Request Manager or left blank (e.g., attachment form field name and yes/no to indicate whether an attachment was uploaded to the field).

Any suggestions on how to configure the report to display this information instead of a null value?
