Need Assistance with Table Calculation: Summing up value after group by

I have obtained the above data (a sample of it) from a derived table. My objective in Looker is to achieve the following result in looker visualization ( see image). I want to hide weeks in the visualization, but I understand the need to use it calculate distinct totals for each week. I've tried using table calculations and looked for options with grouping and partitioning feature without any success. Can you please suggest the best method to achieve this? For each subgroup, I want to calculate distinct values for each week and then aggregate the values across multiple weeks to display the total for that subgroup.
