Looker Dashboard that can sum values from different tiles

I have a dashboard with 2 tiles. Each tile has the same dimensions and measures, but filtered on different values. 

I want to create a 3rd tile that can show me the totals of all the values in the above 4 tiles. 

Eg : 
[ These 2 are filters on the dashboards and parameters within the code as multiplier for Adj Val1] 
Adj for tile 1 : 0.5
Adj for tile 2: 0.3

Keep in mind these filters can be changed by the user at any point

Tile 1: 

Place	Expense	Adj. Val1
US	Shopping	100
US	Travel	500

Tile 2 :
 

Place	Expense	Adj. Val2
EMEA	Shopping	150
EMEA	Travel	200

Tile3 should show : 

Expense	Total Val
Shopping	250
Travel	700
