Line chart in a grid layout grouped by multiple dimensions

Hey!

I stuck with a grid layout for a line chart. I want to have a chart similar to the example below, but I didn’t succeed so far.

It should be using data grouped by two categorical dimensions (pivots) by having Date as main dimension (see scheme below). But when I do it in looker, it doesn’t allow me to split line chart by pivots in Grid layout. 

Did anyone had any luck with similar plots? How data should be grouped in order to be used in Grid layout?

Can you tell us more about what is wrong with the chart you get? Multiple layers of pivots are tricky in general and it’s very hard to work with them, so I do expect the culprit to be the fact of two layers of pivots here..
