Is it possible to run a look as a specific user?

Can you make a specific look or a dashboard run as a specific user? For example, it's a look showing broken queries to not only admins, but also to some of the developers (or all users). Or do you have to give access to History explore for this to work?

The few ways I can think of:

1. scheduled report which is emailed daily (not ideal).
2. give access to history explore from system activity (not ideal).
3. somehow get this data into derived table and give access to this derived table.

Are there any other ways?

Another option is to use export to google drive (enabled in google actions, then selected in schedules).
