How to visualize clicks over time (based on GA hour) for each line item?

In this example, I have a number of posts for which I am pulling in Clicks (Hits) per hour from GA. How can I add a visualization per row to show just one instance of the post, but the number of Hits over each hour, sort of like sparklines in Excel?
