I've been trying to upgrade to Looker Pro for weeks now, multiple support requests and trying to contact sales with no luck.
I have a gmail account that i started a regular looker account with, now anytime i try and upgrade to looker pro i just get these Server Errors.
Support hasn't helped me at all, so frustrating to try and give a company money and can't.
For some reason i think its because i only have a google cloud account created by a gmail address. My company doesnt use workspace as our email so I use a generic work gmail to create and handle all my google cloud applications. Any ideas?
