How to upgrade to Looker Pro?

I've been trying to upgrade to Looker Pro for weeks now, multiple support requests and trying to contact sales with no luck.

I have a gmail account that i started a regular looker account with, now anytime i try and upgrade to looker pro i just get these Server Errors. 

Support hasn't helped me at all, so frustrating to try and give a company money and can't.

For some reason i think its because i only have a google cloud account created by a gmail address. My company doesnt use workspace as our email so I use a generic work gmail to create and handle all my google cloud applications. Any ideas?

Hey there! So sorry you're having issues upgrading to Looker Studio Pro. Unfortunately, you do have to be a Google Workspace or Cloud Identity user to subscribe to or use Looker Studio Pro.  Here's a link to what's required to get started in Looker Studio Pro.  Please scroll down to the How to get Looker Studio ProBefore you begin section.
