How to create a field for a specific time span e.g. Year1, Year2 where the period of time is bespoke

Hi New User here.

I’m trying to create a field that will allow me to add a chart that can show two Years so that I can illustrate growth/decline in my data.

However the ‘Year’ is a very specific period of time (from 1 OCT to 30 SEPT). I’m struggling to work out how I can build a Field that will do this for me? Unfortunately adding a new field into the source data specifically for this period is not an option for us.

My data contains many date fields already so I would be using a “CreatedAt” type of field as the basis for this.

Grateful for any ideas.
