How can I get Looker Studio Pro?

Hey, I've spoken with 3 sales reps and have been trying for a month to buy Looker Studio Pro and have i enabled in my Platform. I've been told the price is only $7/month per user. 

Does anyone know how to turn it on? I'm desperate at this point trying to get Google to take my money!

Looker Studio Pro (LSP) is available for self-service sign-up via the Google Cloud Console. You can get a 30-day free trial by going to https://lookerstudio.google.com/ If you decide that LSP is a good option for you can license it by setting up a Google Cloud project and linking it to a billing account. Instructions are here: https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/13512777?sjid=15400096788305367802-NA  You may be able to preview DuetAI + Looker Studio Pro when you sign up for it and go to the 'Experiments' tab.

I would like to share my recent experience trying to purchase Looker Studio Pro. I followed the standard process: I set up a project in Google Cloud Console and activated the payment method. However, when I try to access Looker Studio, I encounter a persistent "server error", without any specific error code, preventing the purchase of Looker Studio Pro.

My account is quite old in Spain and I still have 7 days left of the free credit Google offers when signing up. I have not used VPN to test if the problem persists in other countries such as the US.

As a last attempt, I registered a new Google account from another computer in my office, following the same steps to set up billing and attempt to purchase Looker Studio Pro at 9€ per month. Unfortunately, I encountered the same server error.

I am looking for solutions to this problem and would appreciate any suggestions or similar experiences you can share.
