Hover note not working properly (displays div container element)

Hover note in dashboard tiles not working properly in Looker 7.0.17    7.14.14

It fails to display the note immediately after hovering over it. It finally displays the note after hovering for 4-5 seconds, but it displays a note showing the html code with the

container element…

Any update on this? I am experiencing the same in 7.8.25
