I currently have a chart that displays the count of tickets by reporter (employee) tenure and another one that shows the count of employees by tenure.
The fields I am using are ticket key (similar to ID), reporter tenure, and reporter name.
Can I, with this info, calculate and show in a chart the average number of tickets by a reporter by tenure?
