Google Forms grouped multiple choice filter

I have a spreadsheet with the Google Forms response base, and some of the items are multiple choice, which end up being grouped in the cells.

I need Looker to be able to count each choice separately, but what it's doing is counting all values ​​as unique series (ex: A=2 / B=3 / A,B=1, when it should be A=3 / B=4). Is there any way to filter this?
