Format numeric values less than 5 to show as string "<5" instead of number?

Hi there,

I'm wondering if it's possible to format the following chart where the values are less than 5 to instead show a string value called "<5"? So, for example: 

Instead of the age bucket of 51-60 and 61-70 showing "4", those 2 bars would display "<5" (including on the hover). 

Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you so much!
