When adding a monthly or quarterly forecast to a Look, upon initial build when the Look is run, there is no forecast in the result. It just doesn't show. Save the Look, come back later and open is an all looks fine with the forecast appearing as expected. It can take a wait of 5 minutes, an hour or overnight to see the correct result.
We do not have this issue with daily or weekly forecasts. Those work as expected.
Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?
Update:
Upon further troubleshooting, we have found that clearing cache and refreshing in Looker resolves the issue. However, I'd rather not have to tell our thousands of client users that they need to do that every time they add a forecast to a Look.
