Export as Excel with Pivots

I viewed the report as a Table Report and displayed the measures at the top. However, when I download it as Excel, it downloads the data without any changes I made in the pivot. How can I properly display it visually?

There is a radio button on the download/export pop up which is if you want the visualisation data or the data table data - could be this.

Yes. I have tried every possible way of downloading but unfortunately, this is no solution.
