Embed Users cannot edit their user defined dashboard

We are embedding Looker in our Web app and create Embedded users via embed SSO URL. We are giving these embed users the following permission:

[ access_data, clear_cache_refresh, download_without_limit, explore, manage_spaces, save_content, see_lookml_dashboards, see_looks, see_user_dashboards ]

The embed users can open the explores, Save the explore query to a new dashboard as well as an existing one.
But the embed users are unable to edit their own dashboard i.e. After Selecting "Edit dashboard" from the dashboard menu, they cannot rearrange the tiles, change the filter, add new visualization, or any of the edit operations.
They are getting "Uh oh. Your save failed error"

 Edit dashboards work if we "Sudo" into the user by an admin. But this doesn't seem to work if the user goes through the embed option.

It would be a great help If anyone can help me figure out what we are missing here?
