Editing a copied tile - unchecking a measure creates empty screen

Continuing on my bug hunt today 🙂

I have a Dashboard where I duplicated a single-value tile:

Then I go to edit the dashboard, click edit the tile, and the usual exploration window opens. So far so good:

Now I’m unchecking the measure and everything goes blank:

With the following errors in the console:
