Hello, I currently have a filter that's set up as shown in the picture below. It is a date filter, but it is stylized and formatted as a string in order to allow for users to explicitly see what date range and fiscal week they're selecting.
At the moment, I've made the filter mandatory for the dashboard to work in order to fulfill some business requirements, and so the default value of the filter is the first week that we have data for which is Week 24 as shown below.
I have been asked to set it up so that the latest date/week is the default value when someone accesses this dashboard. At the moment, I'm not sure what to do about that since this isn't a date filter explicitly and the value every week will change. I tried looking up similar issues on the forum but I only see people that utilize date filters, not formatted string format filters that change.
Does anyone have any insight on this or if its even worth spending more time on?
