I have a simple Top N filter in my dashboard
Every time I need to edit the tiles that are affected, the values are reset:

I confirm, I had the exact same issue with one dashboard I recently built for our team.
Each time I update the minute, it resets the day and vice versa! Crazy!
I was able to chat with support and they acknowledged the issue. Hope will get a quick fix for this one!
Edit : reading again your message, it’s maybe not exactly the same issue because in my case, it’s just the filter behavior and it’s not related to the tile edition

I think I wrote it with some ambiguity.. by changing tiles I meant the filter section “Tiles to Update”. When I added new tiles I had to update the filter and that’s when I realised the values were being defaulted
