Creating pivot table with monthly historic data and most recent data

I’m trying to create a Pivot Table w/ Heatmap report showing historic data for the last 6 months for two data points (let’s call them Customers and Profit) for each of my different associates but in the same report I’d like to see the most recent data on that associate’s performance in a different indicator, Compliance %. I can get all of these into a pivot table using the Compliance % as a row dimension but then I lose the ability to heatmap or format the Compliance % scores. Is there any way forward here?
