Create a metric from a new metadata parameter

Hi

I have a sheet with data, and I want to add the number of lines presented in the file as another data and create a metric to be shown as we go along.

i.e

{Januray file with data}, number of lines = 20

{Feburay file with data}, number of lines = 30

{March file with data}, number of lines = 50

yearly presentation of line numbers  asa graph:20,30,50 etc
