Hello. Have a question regarding filtering options.
I am using data from GA4 to visualize it in Looker Studio, and I need to make a table where the dimension is a date and metrics are event counts.
However, I need to show 4 different events in the table (let's say there names are eventA, eventB, eventC and eventD).
Is there a way to apply a filter event name=eventX to a certain column/metric only?
Cause, I've tried applying the filters to the table in general with OR rule, where event name = eventA and so on, but, obviously, all the columns were filtered evenly and showed the same stats.
Thank you in advance
Hello, you can create a custom field, and in the formula space type: Event name= "name of the event", and that will count only the desired event you need.
Hope it helps!
I had this same problem. If I do your custom field I don't believe it is giving me event count for that specific event name. Is there a way to do that? Like Event count where Event name = "name of the event" or something?
