I want to create a chart like this in looker. Is it possible?

An admin can install this for you via the marketplace (https://docs.looker.com/data-modeling/marketplace#accessing_the_looker_marketplace). Its located under “plugins”. Unlikely to be identical but there is one thats close.

Thank you! I used Aster Plot from the plugins. A few follow up questions on the same.

Can we custom sort the metrics in the given chart as per our convenience?
Can we change the range override option; can we use any other option instead of radius?

no idea, dont use it just knew it exists, might be some more info here but probably not: https://github.com/looker/viz-aster-marketplace

If you cant fiddle with it and get it to do what you want then its unlikely to be able to do that.
