Apply Filter to a folder or all dashboards within a folder.

Hello,

I am admittedly very new to LOOKER. 

I have been tasked with adding a Member Age filter "is>=18" on each one of our client dashboards.

Issue is we have over 30 clients and each clients folder has like 15-20 dashboards. 

Am I stuck going to each dashboard and adding the filter or is there a more convenient way to get this job done?

Any links, learning material, or suggestions are welcome!

I admit this is beyond my level of knowledge. I am attempting to utilize your suggestion but I am unsure in my skill here.

I am in a personal branch of a lookml file for one of the clients, but it filled with joins and explore and i am unsure where I would even begin to add the Always_Filter
